Job Description: Digital Marketing Associate - Paid Ads (Google & Meta)

Are you a data-driven and creative digital marketer with a passion for paid advertising?

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of paid advertising strategies across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, App Install) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Build, manage, and optimize campaigns within the Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging and effective ad content, including ad copy, image selection, video concepts, and the integration of UGC.
• Implement and manage conversion tracking and attribution models, including pixel/tag creation, conversion setting and custom variables.
• Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior, and gain insights for campaign optimization.
• Generate regular performance reports, providing clear analysis and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Proactively identify and implement strategies for campaign scaling and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising, including new platform features and ad formats.
• Optimize campaign targeting based on evolving search trends and audience behavior.
• Assist in the development and optimization of landing pages and sales funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand communications.
• Handle client escalations related to campaign performance and provide effective solutions.

Technical Skills:
• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Paid Platforms, Landing pages, AD Content
