We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive e-marketing campaigns, maintain the firm's website, coordinate webinars, and deliver high-quality graphic design. The role requires a creative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional marketing solutions aligned with our firm's values.

Key Responsibilities

E-Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute targeted email campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and manage email communication channels.
Webinars: Coordinate live client webinars using platforms like ON24 and Microsoft Teams, providing pre-event, live, and post-event support.
Website Management: Publish, update, and enhance website content, ensuring seamless user experience and accuracy.
Graphic Design: Develop visually engaging materials, including social media assets, event collateral, slide decks, and branded merchandise, while maintaining adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Build strong relationships with marketing team members and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or Graphic Design.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Microsoft Office, and basic front-end web development (HTML & CSS preferred).
Be proactive, collaborative, organized, and flexible, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Be enthusiastic, professional, and client-focused.
Have strong communication skills, discretion, and tact in handling confidential matters.
Be resilient, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with a passion for excellence and innovation.
