As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth.
You will work as an integral member of our global Industries & Environment and Natural Resources marketing team, leveraging digital channels to maximize web and social media traffic, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
Create engaging text, image, and video content for social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube), ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience engagement strategies.
Develop campaign pages to generate awareness and leads for specific services.
Digital Optimization
Collaborate with the marketing team to review and update website content on SGS global website.
Ensure website content aligns with SEO best practices to improve visibility and traffic.
Use marketing automation tools to develop and enhance customer journey mapping, driving engagement and conversions.
Research audience preferences and stay up-to-date with changes in digital marketing trends, sharing insights and recommendations for implementation.
Social Media Management
Analyze and assess the effectiveness of the social media strategy to drive and optimize it based on market trends and audience insights.
Develop an optimal posting schedule based on data and customer engagement metrics.
Manage social media account layouts, including LinkedIn Showcase Pages, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence.
Foster online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and engaging with them.
Email Marketing & Live Events
Coordinate targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
Plan and coordinate webinars and LinkedIn Live events aligned with business strategies and marketing plans.
Analytics & Reporting
Define digital marketing performance indicators (KPIs) and track results with support from the digital analytics team.
Provide comprehensive monthly and yearly performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration
Work closely with business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Implement social media training for effective online presence.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in a coordinator or similar role.
Native English speaker preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Diploma or degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, website user experience (UX), marketing automation, and data analytics.
Proficiency in current AI tools and a willingness to explore emerging AI-driven marketing technologies.
Solid knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing KPIs.
Experience using social media management platforms and website content management systems is a plus.
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Clipchamp.
Expertise in digital advertising, including Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising.
