POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for creating, maintaining and executing marketing and promotional campaigns within your portfolio that reflect our vision and brands. Working alongside key stakeholders, particularly the Buyer, and alongside in-house and third party content creators, the Marketing Coordinator will develop, coordinate and publish content to our website and social accounts to deliver successful social campaigns to a diverse audience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Supports the marketing requirements for assigned portfolio, and ensures published content on our social channels and website(s) are engaging and relevant to our diverse audience
Creates and executes visual marketing and promotional campaigns through our digital platforms, including content capture and basic editing / digital enhancement
Schedules organic social media posts in line with marketing plans for each event or initiative
Monitors social channels and engages with online comments and the community, escalating issues or feedback as needed
Initiates email marketing campaigns through monthly newsletter
Buys digital advertising space for assigned portfolio on appropriate social media platforms
Publishes relevant content regarding events and concerts to our company websites and social platforms
Schedules and coordinates content creation for online promotional material social media content using in-house designers and third party resources (within approved budget)
Shares stakeholder feedback to content creators and key contributors to campaigns
Communicates proactively with key stakeholders, delivering marketing tasks on-time and within budget constraints
Executes general brand vision with guidance and support from internal partners
Performs digital and promotional “housekeeping” tasks as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

At least two years’ experience within marketing and/or communications or equivalent experience
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and comfort with copywriting for broad distribution;
Works collaboratively and adapts with agility in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of trends and usage in social media platforms Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok, and external phone apps for editing content such as Unfold, Mojo etc.
Comfort and/or willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, AfterEffects and Premiere), digital platforms including paid channels, G Suite for Business, MS Office, and database/mailout platforms (eg MailChimp or other)
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strong understanding of current social media trends and practices
Previous experience in Google and Meta ad buying
Previous experience creating content on TikTok and Instagram
Previous experience with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Previous experience in graphic design
Previous experience in Squarespace UI
Interest in live music and event production
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
