What You'll Be Doing
• Content Creation: Develop and optimise high-quality content for our website, including blogs, landing pages, and customer stories, to engage our audience and drive conversions.
• SEO and Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve our search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Google Ads Management: Plan, create, and manage effective Google Ads campaigns to boost visibility, attract targeted traffic, and achieve conversion goals.
• Website Maintenance: Regularly update and enhance website content to ensure it remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with our marketing goals.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse website and ad performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align content strategies with broader marketing objectives and support the execution of digital campaigns.
• Content Calendar: Assist in planning and maintaining a content calendar that supports SEO initiatives and keeps our audience engaged.
• Email Marketing: Design and deliver impactful email marketing campaigns that make our products stand out.
Person Specification/Requirements
• Minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content creation, SEO, and Google Ads.
• Proven experience in conducting keyword research and optimising content for SEO.
• Proficient in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a track record of driving successful outcomes.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, SEO-friendly content.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience using content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to occasionally work weekends or evenings if required.
