The world of digital e-commerce marketing requires understanding a lot of data about an e-commerce company's online retail presence. An analyst who is experienced in e-commerce as well as in Business Intelligence can help collect and analyze such data. Such a person can quickly help frame comprehensive and actionable reports to help make better decisions. This person will track a company's web analytics, search engine ranking, advertising campaign results, and branding across a website.
We are looking for this very same person who is passionate about studying e-commerce data to give insights on how to make the best decisions for all digital marketing channels. This person should be a certified Analyst who will closely work with all project teams of the Digital Marketing department.
Roles and Responsibilities : As a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for these roles Mine and analyze customer sales and behavioral data from company databases on various web, email, and eCommerce platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Amazon, Hotjar, Klaviyo, MailChimp, and others. Develop business intelligence reports to facilitate discussions that track and solve business problems and help management make crucial decisions. Analyze user behavior from the company website. Understand the present customer journey against the desired business outcome and participate in design discussions to enhance the user experience to achieve the desired results. Under the guidance of our marketing and sales experts, create and optimize online campaigns on channels such as Facebook, Pinterest, Google, and Amazon. Assist in the maintenance and optimization of online listings on various e-commerce channels. Collaborate with members from the creative team to provide business requirements for ad design and blog design for the desired user experience. Create a 360-view of the customers with the help of CRM + any digital marketing channels like SEO, Email Marketing, Paid Search, Social Media, etc. Generate reports through Business Intelligence to improve the ROI of marketing campaigns Analyze Marketing Data, Advise Marketing Teams, Maintain Client Relationships and Write Marketing Reports You will be aligned with our Analytics vertical and help generate insights by leveraging different analytics tools and techniques to deliver value to our clients. You will be working as a part of the Digital Marketing Analytics team, which helps clients with their web analytics & digital marketing requirements. You will provide various services around the implementation of different tools & technologies, better user experience on client websites using optimization methodologies and techniques, providing data-driven insights to clients, and help them get better ROI from their various digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for Digital Analytics Reporting & Insights, where you will be helping clients translate customer behavior into actionable business data. You will help clients examine how customers are interacting with their digital footprints by using different Digital Marketing & Analytics tools like :
• Google Webmaster
• Google Analytics
• Google AdWords
• Woopra
• Google Data Studio
• Google Optimize
• Google Merchant
• Dash This, etc. Good to have skills: Campaign Analytics, Presentation skills, Storytelling What we are looking for Should strictly know the tools mentioned above and other necessary tools needed for data analysis. He/She can create very insightful visual reports for each marketing analysis and discuss them with each team on action items. Provide analysis & recommendations to senior management and E-commerce teams to support marketing objectives. Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and analytical thinker Identify industry trends, customer behavior, and buying pattern Experience in marketing data analytics. Proven working experience as a data analyst e-commerce or digital analyst. Look at numbers daily to analyze the cost of campaigns compared to how many people respond to those campaigns, which requires strong mathematics and finance skills
