Job Title: Content Creation & Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to drive the marketing strategy for our industry communities, podcasts, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our communities, podcasts, and industry events.
Write and optimize blogs, articles, event descriptions, email copies, and social media content.
Repurpose event content into engaging formats like newsletters, posts, short-form videos, and infographics.
Digital Marketing & Growth:
Build and execute paid & organic marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Leverage SEO and content marketing strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Drive lead generation, audience engagement, and community growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
Own and manage social media handles, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
Implement strategies to boost audience interaction across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms.
Email & CRM Management:
Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for community engagement and event promotions.
Develop and optimize newsletters, ensuring high open and conversion rates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
Experience with business to customer social media and content generation
Strong creative and analytical skills
