SALARY OFFERED: INR 30,000 TO INR 45,000 PM
The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful and deep market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience.
Superficial first-page near searches are not allowed. Candidates should know how to read papers and data points to make predictions about the market.
They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process and work to critique and improve its outcomes. Most of our work is into designing and copywriting, so the ability to weave stories for ad campaigns, married to an analytical mind that used data to back claims is a must. We're intensely expanding our advertising verticals, so most of our work is large-scale, campaign centric.
Responsibilities
• Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of the marketing campaign
• Research and develop a marketing strategy, including the content, distribution strategy(Offline and online both), budget allocation, and metrics for ROI.
• Understand data, and insights, and analyze market trends.
• Production and performance of content (social media/ads)
• Management/assistance of digital marketing campaigns and SEO
• Understand and establish quality standards as per the market trends.
• Develop the content for marketing campaigns (writing and Canva is a must)
• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
• Manage and allocate budget correctly
• Knowledge about Ecommerce marketing and D2C platforms (amazon, Spotify, Youtube, flipkart)

• Any skill you have is 'passable'. You're either good at something, or you'll be trained on the job. Please do not lie about your experience.
• You've only been involved with small-scale, mutually exclusive marketing verticals like blogs, social media, websites, alone. We need someone with a 360-degree vision.
Requirments:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, commerce, or any related field
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Google and Meta Ad certifications
• A case study or proven experience of a previous ad campaign run by the candidate
• A creative vision, the ability to weave and tell stories.
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
• Very high standards for creatives and content- those that are recognized at an international scale
