Job Description:

As a Digital Marketer at our agency and training academy, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies for our clients and internal training programs. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing digital advertising campaigns, optimizing SEO strategies, developing engaging content, and analyzing data to drive measurable results. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our in-house digital marketing training programs by sharing your expertise and delivering valuable training sessions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute customized digital marketing strategies for clients and internal training programs.

- Conduct market research, target audience analysis, and competitor research.

- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, analysis, and A/B testing.

- Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

- Develop engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and training materials.

- Monitor and analyze website analytics, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices.

- Provide regular reports to clients on campaign performance and recommend optimizations.

- Contribute to in-house digital marketing training programs by delivering training sessions and sharing expertise.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably with in-house digital marketing and training exposure.

- Bachelors degree in allied field

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques.

- Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Experience with SEO optimization and best practices.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing.

- WordPress proficiency

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-motivated with a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
