Digital Marketing Executive

As a Social Media Manager at Magicbox, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our social media accounts. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our brand's online reputation, engaging with our audience, and driving growth in our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Magicbox's goals and objectives.

Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.

Platform Management: Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any emerging platforms relevant to our industry.

Audience Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Use data to make informed decisions and optimize content and posting schedules.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including paid promotions, sponsored posts, and influencer partnerships.

Community Building: Build and nurture a strong online community around our brand, encouraging discussions and user-generated content.

Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully growing and engaging social media audiences.

Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

A passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.

Graphic design and video editing skills (a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
