• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote real estate properties, including residential and commercial listings, land developments, and rental properties.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and consumer trends, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Manage the company's website and optimize it for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and digital advertisements.
• Oversee social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and develop strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and generate leads.
• Implement paid advertising campaigns on digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and management, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and real estate.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and email marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for various digital channels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends, market dynamics and regulations is a plus
