Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, emails, and website to attract and retain customers.
Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and videos for digital campaigns.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
SEO and Website Optimization:
Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO activities to enhance online visibility.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights.
Prepare regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Email Marketing:
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
Segment email lists and personalize email content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to implement best practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the rice industry or food sector is a plus.
