What do we look for?
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Design, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
• Oversee the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
• Develop and execute advertising strategies across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Create and manage content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand tone and voice.
• Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely publication of blog posts, articles, and other content.
• Collaborate with designers, product marketers, and influencers to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our target audience.
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools to gather data and inform strategy.
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
• Work with the sales team to create marketing materials that align with sales objectives.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as necessary.
Whom do we look for?
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Presentation Skills
• Good in MS Office
• Experience in Meta & Google Ads
• Good in content creation
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Experience in influencer marketing will be an added advantage
