This is a hands-on, fully integrated role, working across multiple marketing disciplines. Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies across various channels to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions. You will be part of our Marketing Team working closely with the Sales team to ensure that our digital campaigns are engaging, data-driven, and aligned with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Editing web pages to ensure content is current and optimised

· Managing and creating engaging social and blog content

· Creating marketing materials

· Ensuring brand consistency across marketing content and materials

· Identifying trends and opportunities through data and competitor analysis

· Supporting SEO strategy with link-building activities

· Participating in B2C and B2B digital campaign development, execution, and reporting

· Supporting PPC campaign strategies and activities

· Delivering analytics and best practice recommendations across digital platforms

· Building strong relationships with third-party suppliers

· Engaging with the broader marketing team and internal stakeholders from various departments

· Social Media Management - Content, Scheduling, Driving Engagement & Reporting

· Setting-up & Managing Google Ad Campaigns

· Writing Promotional Emails

· Reporting on Marketing Activities

· Create and manage digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and multimedia content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

·  Manage and optimize the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and improve conversion rates.

· Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

· Analyse digital campaign performance using analytics tools, identify key insights, and recommend optimizations.

· Plan and manage organic & paid advertising campaigns across Google, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and display networks.

· Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other online platforms.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

· Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to adjust strategies accordingly.

· Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that meet business objectives.

· Work closely with the sales team to align digital efforts with sales initiatives and lead generation goals.

· Track and report on KPIs and metrics to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

· Good written and verbal skills

· High competence Proficiency in all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc

· Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (essential) and Marketing/Media qualification (preferable).

· Minimum 12 months of PSM experience

· Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva & Mail Chimp or similar

· Existing UK working rights

· Campaign management experience

· 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.

· In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable strategies.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM systems.

· Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.

· Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
