Key Responsibilities:
• Drive customer acquisition & retention.
• Strong experience with driving growth on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google suite including Youtube and familiarity with emerging platforms.
• Experience with driving own sales channel growth including driving App installations and business through Web, App and other own platforms
• Grow the brand on educational sales channels with a key focus on improving funnels and cohorts
• Manage and monitor digital marketing performance on a daily basis, and maximizing business ROI and goals.
• Manage a portfolio of paid campaigns across different industries for different regions, globally
• Handling social media marketing responsibilities for brands across different verticals & platforms
• Implement and configure the necessary tracking tools for campaign performance analysis.
• Research and implement digital marketing strategy to optimize campaigns to meet KPI, based on market trends & data findings.
• Analyse the digital marketing performance on a daily basis and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders and create periodic reports.
• Working closely with the other team members and departments to meet client goals.

Skills :
• Passionate about digital marketing with 2-5 years.
• Proven track record with full funnel marketing initiatives, targeted vertical campaigns, or demonstrable success impacting pipeline growth.
• Demonstrated ability to create programs that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion and lead generation.
• Experience in a performance marketing role across a range of channels; search, social, affiliate, display, video.
• A knack for identifying target audiences, knowing where to find them, encouraging engagement and driving conversions.
• Strong experience in website analytics tools highly proficient with near analytics, tag manager, search console. Knowledge of using data tools such as marketing automation, CRMs, attribution reporting, and paid campaign reports.
• Team player with a do-er mentality action-oriented, with a willingness to be hands-on
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced open environment
• Expert level knowledge of Adwords is highly desirable.
• Highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth.
