DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Professional to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate should have passion for marketing and technology. You should be well-versed with the concepts surrounding digital marketing. You should be tech-savvy and intuitive with ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
You should have strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Qualifications : -
Bachelor's with digital marketing diploma / degree / course
Digital marketing experience : 1-2 years (Preferred)

Main Accountabilities : -
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, maintain and build our social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and Facebook.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Experience : -
Demonstrated digital and interactive working experience, between 1- 2 years.
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field like any digital marketing course.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Experience in working with real estate companies is an asset.

Requirements : -
Must have Knowledge of MS Office Applications, i.e., Word, Excel, PPT, etc
Working Knowledge of HTML
Should have sound knowledge of CoralDraw or Photoshop application
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

Language Preference : -
Hindi and English
