Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Fresher, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive traffic and engagement to the company's website and social media platforms.

Responsibilities: -Assist with the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising. -Create and curate content for social media channels to increase engagement and followers. -Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings. -Analyze data from Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website traffic and performance metrics. -Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. -Monitor online reviews and reputation management on various platforms. -Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications

:

Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. -Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to analyze data and draw insights to optimize campaigns. -Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and think outside the box. -Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus. -Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify collaboration opportunities with local brands, influencers, and hotels.

2. Represent TripMaze in local marketing initiatives and tourism events.

3. Assist in building strategic partnerships and promotional tie-ups.

4. Handle B2B communications and lead generation.

5. Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

7. Execute email marketing and CRM strategies

8. Monitor ROI and adjust strategies accordingly

Self-driven individuals who are creative, adaptable, and proactive in contributing new ideas.

8. Team Fit:

Must be comfortable working in a startup-like, collaborative environment and open to learning.
