Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive - Social Media to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing social media strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos, and graphics) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and customer feedback.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other reporting platforms.
• Optimize social media campaigns using A/B testing and data-driven insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Track competitor activities and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and reach.

Key Skills & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proven experience of 3 years as Digital Marketing Executive - Social Media.
• Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
• Experience with content creation, copywriting, and graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
• knowledge of SEO and website traffic analytics.
• Video editing skills.
• Should have knowledge of all digital platforms like Facebook. Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, Google My Business and etc.
• Ability to write good articles and blogs in English
