Digital Marketing Expert

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will work in a collaborative environment, utilizing your expertise to help us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates.
• Content Creation: Create and curate engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including websites, social media, email, and blogs.
• SEO & SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase organic and paid search traffic.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, creating content, and engaging with the audience.
• Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and enhance customer retention.
• Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics and other relevant analytics platforms.
• Budget Management: Efficiently manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, web developers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure all digital marketing efforts adhere to industry best practices and legal guidelines.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with 3-4 years of hands-on experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, & email marketing.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to evolving digital trends.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
