Digital Marketing & Client Outreach Assistant (Surat Office)
About Us:
We are a fast-growing Chartered Accountancy & KPO firm catering to Indian as well as international clients (USA-based CPAs, real estate firms, e-commerce companies, and more). To expand our client base, we are hiring a smart and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant who can help in outreach and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively reach out to potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp Communities, Freelancing websites (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
Create and manage basic outreach templates (email, DM, proposal)
Help build and manage social media presence for the company (LinkedIn, Facebook)
Follow up with leads and schedule meetings with prospects
Coordinate with internal team for proposal submission and client onboarding
Maintain a lead tracking sheet and report progress weekly
Who You Are:
A graduate (preferably in marketing, commerce, or business)
Good written and spoken English communication
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, client handling, and freelancing platforms
Proactive, energetic, and willing to learn
Comfortable working from office in Vesu, Surat
