Position Overview

This is a full-time on-site (located in Baner, Pune) Digital Marketing Intern role. The Digital Marketing Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with digital marketing, including but not limited to social media marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and manage digital marketing strategies across various platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze web traffic metrics and provide insights to optimize online marketing efforts.
• Possess a basic understanding of SEO principles and assist in optimizing website content for search engines.
• Create engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, and blogs, to promote events and showcase the vibrant community at Union Co-living.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling marketing content and interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing innovative ideas and supporting team goals.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience and proficiency in social media marketing and digital marketing techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Submission of a one-minute video briefing about yourself, explaining your previous work experience or education, will be beneficial.
