Digital Marketing Intern

Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Intern at Career Launcher, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executing digital marketing strategies to promote our test preparation courses and educational services. Under the guidance of our experienced marketing team, you will play a key role in implementing digital campaigns across various online platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote Career Launcher's test preparation courses and educational programs.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience segments, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to increase website traffic and conversions.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide regular performance reports to the marketing team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and web developers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.

Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to recommend innovative strategies for reaching target audiences effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms.

Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Duration and Benefits:

This is a full-time internship position with a duration of 3-6 months.
