Key Responsibilities as a Social media Manager:
Content Creation:
Develop engaging and creative content (posts, images, videos) tailored to various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with current campaigns and product launches.
Social Media Management:
Manage and oversee social media accounts, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a professional and timely manner.
Brand Representation:
Maintain the voice and tone of the Agratas brand across all social media channels.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s image, values, and guidelines.
Community Engagement:
Engage with followers and build a community by initiating conversations and encouraging user-generated content.
Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates within the food industry.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Incorporate emerging trends and techniques into the social media strategy to enhance engagement and reach.
Campaign Support:
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote new products, events, and special promotions.
Coordinate with other marketing channels to ensure a cohesive campaign approach.
Competitor Analysis:
Conduct regular analysis of competitors’ social media activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide insights and recommendations based on competitor strategies and performance.
Customer Feedback:
Monitor and gather customer feedback from social media platforms.
Relay important feedback to relevant departments to improve products and customer experience.
Event Coverage:
Provide live coverage of Agratas events, such as product launches, tastings, and industry expos.
Capture and share highlights through real-time posts, stories, and live videos.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to develop integrated social media strategies.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for social media content and campaigns.
Training and Development:
Attend relevant training sessions to enhance social media skills and industry knowledge.
Stay informed about the latest developments in digital marketing and social media.
Duration:
The internship will be for a duration of 6 months.
