Job description
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and organizational skills and an eye for detail with the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to requests.
Essential Job Functions:
• Support and assist team with a variety of tasks and projects for assigned team area.
• Develop and maintain detailed launch schedules for campaign coordination.
• Collaborate and communicate across internal teams to support assigned project initiatives.
• Assist the team with coordination of external vendors and agencies where applicable.
• Identify process improvements, provide insights, and make recommendations to the team.
• Research industry topics and trends related to digital products/services and report on findings.
• Obtain knowledge of industry, market conditions, and customers' issues, business priorities, and challenges.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Qualifications Experience
• Internship experience within automotive, agency or digital marketing is preferred.
• Digital Marketing experience is a plus.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
• Exposure to the automotive landscape, i.e., dealers or OEM is a plus.
• General understanding of paid media is a plus.
• Proactively problem-solve and multitask while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of JIRA a plus but not necessary.
• Follow-through mindset to uphold a 'close the loop' culture.
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member with a positive 'can do' attitude.
• The drive to identify and seize opportunities for continuous improvement as business needs change.
• Excellent organization, flexibility and time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and business communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Education
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
