We are a team of writers, designers, developers, account executives, and creatives who like what we do, and as a result of that, are always trying harder and getting better. We channel that enthusiasm towards our work into getting our clients (B2C as well as B2B) more business.

We offer services in branding, advertising, design, web development, and extensive digital marketing. We're looking to grow our team in all aspects of the marketing spectrum of designers, developers, and digital marketing experts.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the essence of a client's business, their target audience and their main goals and working on strategizing online campaigns to help achieve the same.

2. Creating, monitoring & optimizing online ad campaigns on various platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Quora, Amazon, Flipkart etc with an aim to increase the return on ad spend.

3. Working on researching and identifying the right influencers for a particular brand, and performing outreach to persuade them and coordinating with them to help create branded content.

4. Copywriting and working on social media strategies for brands with the goal to build an audience and keep the engagement going.

5. Work on preparing and automating weekly/monthly reports to track the key metrics of online campaigns, using Google Data Studio & Google Sheets. We will help train you on the same.

Additional Information

Please do keep in mind this is somewhat of a dynamic role, and we would expect the intern to be slightly adaptable to the tasks at hand - although it would all be related to Digital Marketing and a bit of Writing in general.

Rest Assured - That there would be a lot of learning involved in this role however.

We will also groom the intern in the areas of Creative Writing and Marketplace Knowledge (Amazon, Flipkart - Maintenance & Advertising) through courses, and our own experience and learnings.

Stipend

Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 12,000 per month (The Exact Amount would depend person to person - we’d judge them based on the test tasks / interview)

Duration - 4 Months

Post the 4 months period, based on the performance, the internship could be extended for a couple of months based on mutual agreement or could also be converted to a Full Time Position & Pay.

Hybrid - Hyderabad | We might ask to meet in person three/four times in a month in total
