Job Overview

We are looking for ambitious and talented individuals to join our Management Trainee program. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to gain a deep understanding of our business operations, values, and culture. You will rotate through various departments and functions within the organisation, learning from experienced professionals and gaining hands-on experience in different aspects of the fashion industry. This program is designed to cultivate future leaders who will drive innovation, foster growth, and uphold our brand's legacy of excellence.

Responsibilities
• Working directly with the co-founders of LDU across all of the verticals of the organisation.
• Responsible for executing marketing campaigns with innovative ideas and collecting their insights.
• Consulting with relevant teams before moving on a strategy decided for transparent communication.
• Track campaign performance, and generate reports to evaluate the success and impact
• Managing Marketing Channels including near Ads, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing & Marketplace marketing etc.
• Being flexible and adaptable to take on different tasks, responsibilities and Coordinating cross-functional teams as needed.
