About the Job

As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our Enterprise SaaS startup. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize our online presence and maximize growth opportunities.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our marketing efforts and contribute to the success of our startup.
Main Responsibilities:
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize our online presence and maximize growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute demand generation plans tailored to enterprise tech, emphasizing lead acquisition and conversion.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Deploy comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring integration and synergy.
• Harness marketing automation tools and CRM systems to design and implement effective lead nurturing workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the content team to produce compelling assets like ebooks, webinars, and blog posts addressing industry pain points.
• Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies and conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics for continuous optimization.
• Foster seamless collaboration with the sales team to facilitate smooth lead handoff and align strategies for enhanced conversion rates.
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations, while also staying vigilant about market trends and customer insights for proactive initiatives.
