Job Type: Contract (Remote)



Salary: $55k per year full time equivalent



Schedule: 2-3 days per week

Your role:



We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our performance marketing strategy. While knowledge of social media marketing is beneficial, your primary focus will be on SEO, Facebook Ads,Google Ads & Tiktok Ads website performance, and managing our agency partners and marketing team.



SEO: Define and oversee the strategic direction for SEO, including keyword targeting, content priorities, and technical improvements. Collaborate with our agency to enhance on-page SEO and technical website elements. Research, write, and publish blog content weekly.

Facebook Ads,Google Ads & Tiktok Ads: Oversee our PPC agency, ensuring campaigns are optimised for conversions. Define strategy, review ad copy, analyse A/B tests, make recommendations, and monitor performance.

Website: Monitor daily performance and suggest improvements for user experience and conversion rate optimisation. Use tools like Hotjar and GA4 to track traffic sources and understand user behaviour.

Marketing Team Oversight: Directly manage and support the Marketing Assistant. Approve creative assets, set objectives, and provide constructive feedback.

PR Support: Collaborate with our PR agency to promote treatments, generate article ideas, and identify media opportunities. Ensure the PR strategy aligns with ROI goals.

Reporting & Analysis: Define key KPIs and analyse data across all channels. Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights.





Your background:



4+ years in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, PPC, CRO, and website management.

Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads,Facebook Ads,Tiktok Ads,Google Analytics 4, Google Ad Manager, Semrush, and other marketing tools. Familiarity with practice management software (i.e., Pabau) is a bonus.

Proven experience managing external marketing agencies and driving results.

Previous experience in healthcare or consumer marketing is desired.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication and team management skills.
