About the Role
This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with an iconic market leader in the Food industry. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage and execute the digital strategy, targeting both consumer and B2B segments. This role involves developing integrated campaigns across digital platforms to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
Key responsibilities include digital strategy development, content creation, social media management, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and website management. The Manager will ensure consistent, compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences, working closely with internal teams, creative partners, and agencies to maintain a unified brand message across all platforms.
Role Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the online presence and growth of the brand, ensuring effective engagement with both consumer and food service professional audiences. Through data-driven strategies, content creation, and cross-channel optimization, the specialist will enhance brand visibility engagement and following across multiple digital platforms.
Digital Strategy; Develop and execute tailored digital marketing strategies to engage both consumer and food service professional audiences.
Build a clear longer term content calendar across both consumer and food service social platforms that aligns with key marketing initiatives and seasonal events.
Content Creation & Management; Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across digital platforms, including websites, social media, and direct newsletters.
Social Media Management; Oversee and grow the brand's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and industry-specific channels.
Campaign Execution add optimisation; Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns for both consumer and B2B channels (e.g., paid media, promotions, influencer partnerships).
SEO and website Management; Optimize website content for both consumer and B2B SEO to improve visibility and traffic.
Email Marketing; Develop and execute email campaigns for both direct consumer engagement and B2B lead nurturing.
Paid Advertising Management; Manage paid media campaigns across social platforms.
Data Analysis & Reporting; Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email metrics to monitor campaign performance across both consumer and food service channels
Collaborating with Internal & External Teams; Work closely with internal marketing & sales to ensure alignment of digital campaigns with broader brand initiatives.
Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to create co-branded campaigns and build brand engagement.

What you need to be successful
6+ years’ experience in a similar field
Background is a fast paced FMCG environment preferred but not essential
Degree in marketing, business, or commerce
Hands on experience delivering local digital strategy, execution, content and measurement.
