Job description
Responsibilities
• Planning digital campaigns from the initial stages through to final delivery.
• Acting as the key contact for clients.
• Continuously assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement.
• Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones.
• Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project.
• Forming strong relationships with the client and developing communication channels between the relevant parties.
• Ensuring key Service Level Agreements are met.
• Regularly updating key stakeholders on project status.
• Overseeing the project s financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes.
• Analyzing the success of client campaigns, producing reports and data analysis as supporting evidence.
• Working as part of a team to win new business and develop current client relationships as part of the business pipeline.
• Opportunity Identification: To perform process study, process assessments, design thinking sessions to come up with automation opportunities
• Process design: To understand clients business processes, draw up As-Is and design To-be processes
• Requirements Documentation: To collect, analyze, and document process related artifacts (functional as well as non-functional).
• Collaboration: Liaison with development teams on managing requirements, participate in UAT, and realize proposed/estimated benefits.
• Presales support: Support presales activities for new opportunities via process discovery and requirements gathering sessions.
• Presales support: To convert each solution implementation into a high impact case study and referenceable client testimonials and case studies

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Digital project manager.
• Hands on experience with project management software, like MS Project and AtTask.
• Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS/React/VueJS.
• Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of Social Marketing, Measurement, Re-targeting.
• Ability to estimate project effort and duration within 10 percent variance
