Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead Generation Manager to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation and sales for our technology solutions company. You will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns across various digital channels to attract and engage potential customers and convert them into qualified leads. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that generate leads and support sales goals
• Plan, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, search engines, display advertising, and other relevant platforms
• Use data-driven strategies and tactics to optimize campaign performance and maximize lead generation
• Work closely with the content team to create and optimize content for digital channels, including website, blogs, whitepapers, infographics, and videos
• Manage website development and optimization, including user experience, SEO, and website analytics
• Plan, execute and optimize SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Moz, SEMRush, and others, and provide recommendations to improve performance
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, track and report expenses, and provide ROI analysis
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and sales goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and lead generation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing in the technology or software industry, with a focus on lead generation and sales
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns across various digital channels and platforms
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website analytics
• Experience with website development and optimization, including user experience and SEO
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, or Eloqua
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Moz, SEMRush, and others
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Passionate about emerging technologies and the impact they can have on digital marketing and business success
