Overview
As mentioned above, this role has a significant opportunity to demonstrate business value to the Blackhawk Network Organization, if they are adept in recognizing these opportunities and quantifying the own impact in the end result. Known areas where value maybe created include:
• Marketo Engage Worldwide Instance Campaign Execution : Leads execution of high value WW campaigns such as brand campaigns and other campaigns that do not align perfectly with any existing business unit or geography.
• Worldwide Instance Maker/Checker Support : Conduct Maker/Checker support for marketer led campaigns that use the WW instance. Facilitate oversight of their own campaign execution by partnering with another platform admin to check own work, when relevant.
• New Business Unit Onboarding : Assist with projects to onboard new business units to the Marketo platform, including ensuring that scoring programs, lead sync processes and initial campaign assets and lists follow platform rules and best methods.
• Special Projects Support : Project manage special projects, enhancements and integration requests that benefit our core users – collaborating with the Platform Admin, the Integrations & Reporting Lead, IT and the Geo/LOB Marketing teams to ensure that limited resources are allocated in the most efficient way possible, to only the highest impact opportunities.
• Provide training on new capabilities within Marketo to enable adoption by users and enhance our platform maturity ranking.
• Advocate and promote usage of testing and optimization, tailored and dynamic content and segmentation across the platform.
• End-to-End Reporting Process/Tagging : Manages and maintains the project documentation and oversees operational enhancement work that is required to enable the enterprise Marketing attribution reporting and ROI analysis. Also supports the Marketing Analytics teams efforts for ROI reporting validation by identifying issues that are impacting the end-to-end measurement of Marketing’s impact on bottom-line revenue.
Responsibilities
• 4+ years’ experience in a Marketing Automation role supporting marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns (such as email, paid media, digital).
• 2+ years working with Marketing automation systems to build out lead lifecycle, lead scoring, email marketing campaigns, pull and analyze reports.
• Demonstrated experience using Marketing reporting and other analysis tools to measure and report incremental value of projects work and ability to quantify the impact of own actions in a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated systems-thinking experience within a Marketing Technology context.
• Demonstrated ability to manage small-medium sized projects within a MarTech context.
• A hands-on attitude and a willingness to get things done quickly and efficiently (while learning and advancing the maturity of our platform and user base).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to reach beyond silos to make things happen.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Ability to interface independently and confidently with managers and directors both globally and across silos.
Qualifications
• Marketo Engage experience who ideally is a Marketo Certified Expert but not mandatory.
• Microsoft Dynamics experience.
• Curious about personalization, segmentation, and experience design – with the drive and focus to prioritize.
• Understand of human-centered design or design-thinking experience.
• Experience in Power BI, Advance Excel and Marketing reporting is Plus
• Up to date understanding of the current MarTech landscape
