Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 4-5 years of experience to contribute to our marketing efforts. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, analyzing market trends, and driving customer engagement. Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and drive brand awareness.
• Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with the target audience.
• Working experience with marketing and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho etc.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging marketing techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Maintain and update the company's website and online content.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices and assist in optimizing SEO and SEM strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Proficient in social media management and digital marketing platforms.
• A big plus: Experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
