Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in content creation and strategy. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective content marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop compelling content that aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies to meet business goals and target audience needs.
• Conduct research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the success of content marketing efforts.

Content Creation and Optimization:
• Create engaging and compelling content across multiple channels, including website, blog, social media, email marketing, and more.
• Write and edit content such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and other forms of multimedia.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and implement keyword strategies to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.

Content Distribution and Promotion:
• Plan and execute content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Leverage social media platforms, email marketing, influencers, and other channels to amplify content and increase brand exposure.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement paid advertising campaigns to promote content.

Content Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Generate regular reports on content metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Identify insights and recommendations for optimizing future content strategies based on data-driven analysis.

Team Collaboration and Management:
• Coordinate with internal teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.
• Manage and supervise a team of content creators and freelancers, providing guidance, feedback, and support.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on content creation and strategy.
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt writing style to different platforms and audiences.
• Proficient in using content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and experience with social media advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset and ability to think strategically to develop innovative content ideas.
