Digital Marketing Manager

Leading FMCG company is hiring for a Digital Marketing Manager position based out of Kolkata. Candidates from FMCG/FMCD background with 6+ years experience in Digital Marketing need apply.
Main Duties and Functions
• Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy that directly supports business growth
• Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities
• Plan and execute all web, email, social media, mobile and display advertising campaigns
• Evaluate performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies including new media opportunities
• Work with the brand team and agencies to brainstorm new and innovative customer engagement strategies
• Analyze, evaluate and define endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and touch points
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
• Maintain a digital dashboard that tracks brand performance across the portfolio
• Monitor competitive digital campaigns and their effectiveness
• Manage effective and proactive digital outreach programs to drive qualified traffic and greater conversion online, and analyze performance
• Secure maximum online media coverage for brand campaigns. Establish and build relationships with key influencers, industry leaders to ensure media buzz.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results Work with the brand team and agencies to brainstorm new and innovative customer engagement strategies.
