TravelBabuis an online travel agency (OTA) based in Kolkata, India. We are seeking a talented and experiencedDigital Marketing Managerto join our team. As aDigital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads. You will play a key role in promotingTravelBabu's services and connecting hotels directly with travelers.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and monitor online reputation.
• Monitor industry trends, stay updated with digital marketing best practices, and suggest innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns as required.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
• Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and marketing automation software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital platforms.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and understanding of online travel trends would be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
