Job Role - Performance Marketing Manager Salary - 6 to 8 LPA Experience - Minimum 2 Years Mode - Work From Office Days - Monday To Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday off) Address - Kharadi , Pune, 411014 Job Description - Roles & Responsibilities ● Focus on day-to-day execution. ● Manage a monthly budget of over 2 crores. ● Hands-on knowledge of running & optimizing ads on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Native, programmatic. ● Strong focus on scaling Google, YouTube, LinkedIn Native & programmatic ads and cross platform integration. ● Explore new acquisition funnels to reduce cost per lead. ● Supervise a team of 8 to + individuals from diverse backgrounds. ● Lead client calls for optimization and reporting purposes. ● Organizational abilities to streamline processes and manage workflow efficiently. ● Liaise between intra-teams and collaborate with other verticals within the company. Skills and Qualities ● Strong analytical skills. ● Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics. ● 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles. ● Team handling experience for at least 1 year. ● Can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by growth and change
