As a Digital Marketing, your primary responsibility is to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote a company's services.
You will need to work closely with the company's marketing team to create and execute online marketing strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase revenue.
Your day-to-day tasks will include creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, search engines, and display advertising. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analysing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting as needed to optimize results.
Additionally, you will need to keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to ensure that the company's strategies remain effective and competitive.
Excellent communication skills are essential in this role, as you will need to collaborate with various teams and International and Domestic stakeholders to achieve your goals.
Requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, channels and tools including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Google Ads and Email Marketing.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, Timely delivery of projects and resolution of any projects and concern.
• Address and resolve client issues and concern in a prompt and effective manner.
• Escalate issue to appropriate team members and ensure timely resolution.
• Working with Internal Stakeholders to devise a campaign that meets the client & brief and budget.
• Engage with Clients to understand their branding and advertising objectives, target audience and desire outcome.
• Must have hand on experience working with International Market.
• Must have hand on experience in IT industries.
• Designing social media campaigns, creating social media content, and answering customers’ comments or questions (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Competitor’s analysis and market research.
• Helping the marketing team to follow up and improve the digital marketing strategy.
• Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings
• Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytic tools.
• Produce marketing copy for our website.
• Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates.
• Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics.
• Monitor the corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries.
• Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a client service specialist
• Must have hand on experience with B2B advertising campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
• Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• MBA in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a relevant field
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Project management and team management experience is a plus.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
