Job Role: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Thane (Work from the office) Who are we looking for: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to spearhead both our organic and performance marketing efforts. This strategic role involves leading a dynamic team and devising innovative digital marketing strategies to boost brand engagement, expand digital reach, enhance lead generation, and oversee digital events. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the latest digital marketing trends, including neo digital marketing tactics. Work experience: 7 to + years of work experience. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and convert leads across all digital platforms. • Lead and optimize both organic and paid digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives. • Oversee the companys social media strategy, ensuring content is innovative, timely, and effectively engages with target audiences and grow the page • Spearhead digital events to promote brand visibility and foster interactive customer engagement. • Analyze data from digital campaigns to identify trends, measure performance, and refine strategies accordingly. • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources for maximum impact. • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and technologies, integrating neo digital marketing tactics to keep the brand at the forefront of digital trends. • Lead, mentor, and expand the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive digital presence that aligns with other marketing and company initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; masters degree preferred. • 7-+ years of extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams and successful digital campaigns. • Expertise in managing SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. • Strong understanding of CRM software, Google Analytics, and other marketing analytics tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Creative and strategic thinker with an innovative approach to digital marketing.
