Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to drive performance across various online channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and generate leads.
• Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring that it is optimized for search engines and user experience.
• Create and manage engaging online content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and improve the company's online brand reputation, responding to customer reviews and inquiries.
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Utilize A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and ad serving tools.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Experience leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Google AdWords or Analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
