Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing online marketing strategies, managing the digital marketing team, and driving online traffic to the company's website.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.

Content Creation and Optimization: Oversee the creation and optimization of high-quality content across various digital channels to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.

Social Media Management: Develop and manage the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic, digital campaign performance, and other key metrics to provide insights and recommendations.

Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and effective use of resources.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
