We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support growth in the US and UK markets. We would like someone with experience of B2B inbound marketing, particularly content marketing, email nurturing and SEO/website analytics, with a primary goal of generating marketing qualified leads. This role is currently stand-alone, but the team is likely to grow in the future. You will be working closely with various other members of the marketing and sales team. This is a great opportunity for the right person to take on a challenging and broad role
• Develop and Implement Inbound Marketing Strategies - Drive lead generation efforts for both the UK and US markets through the development and execution of comprehensive inbound marketing strategies.
• Content Management Across Channels - Manage content creation and distribution across various marketing channels, including website content, email campaigns, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
• Email Campaign Management - Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to create and manage email campaigns and nurturing drip campaigns, leveraging on-site behavior tracking to identify and qualify leads.
• SEO and Website Analytics - Conduct regular reviews of Aptia-group.com website SEO performance, conducting keyword research, and optimizing content to improve search engine rankings and enhance online visibility.
• Social Media Support - Assist in managing Aptia’s social media accounts, including the development and execution of paid and sponsored posts, to align with the overall inbound marketing strategy.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration - Collaborate with design, product, and other relevant departments to develop cohesive marketing campaigns that drive engagement and support lead generation efforts.
• Campaign Performance Measurement - Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics such as leads, conversions, and website traffic to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
• * Industry Trend Monitoring - Stay informed on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies and techniques, providing insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.

Experience & Qualification

Graduate/ Postgraduates with over 10 years for proven experience in B2B inbound marketing, with expertise in content marketing, email nurturing, and SEO/website analytics.

Looking at candidates only from B2B space

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms for email campaign management.

Excellent understanding of SEO principles and experience in optimizing website content for search engines.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in inbound marketing.

Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns

Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tool
