Coffee at Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters is a speciality coffee roastery that endeavors to empower Indian Coffee Farmers with no middlemen and no negotiation approach - sourcing directly from them. By sourcing the harvest ourselves, we can ensure both the quality of coffee as well as transparency for our customers plus a fair trade price and ethical treatment for the producers.
The role is that of a Digital Marketer.
Selected Candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to connect with our customer base, promote new
products, and share coffee-related content.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings. Manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Optimize CPP: To work with developers to optimize customer purchase cycle, effectively manage and work on
growth strategies for the website.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media
insights. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve the strategy to ensure KPIs are met such as budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS both short and long term.
• Campaign Planning: Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, holidays, and special
promotions. Collaborate with the community team on campaign assets, and execute short term flash sale campaigns across different seasons.
• Strategic Launch Plans: To work with the community team for strategic launch plans and execute product listing on
channels such as our own webstore/amazon
• KPI optimization: To identify KPI’s and differentiate ad campaigns on different platforms – meta, near and amazon
• Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with our online community, and respond to comments, reviews, and
inquiries promptly. Encourage user-generated content and reviews.
• E-commerce Support: Collaborate with the packaging and processing team to ensure a seamless online shopping
experience. Implement strategies to increase online sales.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing
technologies. Use insights to adapt and refine strategies.
