We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. They will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Create and manage digital content, including blog posts, infographics, and videos, to engage with our audience and drive traffic to our website.
• Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure digital marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, bringing new ideas and strategies to the team.
• Manage a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements
• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing a team of digital marketing specialists.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot or Marketo.
