Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Campaign Manager to manage and optimize our pay-per-click advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing effective strategies, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) for paid media efforts.
• Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management:
• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Conduct thorough keyword research and selection to optimize ad targeting.
• Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for conversion.
• Performance Analysis:
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Generate and analyze detailed performance reports to provide actionable insights.
• Perform A/B testing to identify high-performing ads and strategies.
• Budget Management:
• Allocate and optimize budgets for campaigns to maximize performance.
• Track daily and monthly budgets to avoid overspending or underspending.
• Strategy Development:
• Stay up-to-date with PPC trends, algorithm changes, and new features.
• Suggest innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and meet business goals.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure creative assets and landing pages meet campaign needs.
• Key Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management.
• Proficiency in PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media ad platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other reporting tools.
• Familiarity with bid management tools (e.g., Marin Software, Kenshoo) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in Google Ads or equivalent is preferred.
