Mindtree is looking for a social media specialist on its marketing team to propagate an integrated marketing push across all social media channels. Job responsibilities
• Look at increasing engagement on key clients across countries & industries
• Should be able create and edit evocative content as per brand standard to elicit maximum engagement
• Should be able to increase followers across mindtree’s social channels via organic posts
• Should be able to conceptualize & execute all social media campaigns across Mindtree’s social channels
• Liaison with internal team members (business + design + development) teams to ensure all social activities reach its logical end
• Monitoring & Reporting social media activities
• Strategize content based on channel characteristic
• Ideate effective & evocate brand communication
• Use SM tools for operation and reporting
• Creation of monthly reports and presentation to management
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance (followers, interactions, visibility) across social channels
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Requirements
• 8-10 years of experience in running social media campaigns on Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube , Instagram
• A master’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven track record in digital marketing/ social media marketing
• Experience and comfort of working on social media platforms (e.g. Sprinklr)
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing social campaigns
• Experienced troubleshooter with high proficiency in relevant diagnostic tools
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing social media communication
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
