Role Summary:
Exciting Role in Performance Marketing. In which person will work to define and deliver on the strategic direction and responsibility for managing a team of experienced digital professionals for multiple brands of TV+ Network.
The successful candidate will be fully accountable for Traffic Generation Both Organic and Paid such as PPC, Affiliates Display Media Campaigns and Social Media.
The ideal candidate will be a driven individual, inspiring manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and wealth of digital marketing experience (preferably in Education sector). He/She will have an in-depth understanding of all digital marketing disciplines and able to demonstrate success of growth in a similar B2C business.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Developing Digital marketing strategy and road map for TV+ brands and managing the digital marketing budget.
• Ensuring cross-channel growth delivery as per the CPL/CPC/CPV/CPM/CPCV/CPE as specified by TV+ Network & Brands.
• Hands on experience on Google Adwords/ Market places/ Analytics etc.
• Reporting brand performance and insights to Executive management and respective stake holders and brand owners.
• Review and selection of new technologies and tools.
• Recruiting, training and building a high performing sustainable team.
• Developing a knowledge bank to retain knowledge within the company &develop handbook to support onboarding and training.
• Establishing relationship with the brand owners to ensure collaboration with digital teams, sharing technologies and developing new systems as required.
• Leveraging other group services where relevant and developing relationships with other shared services within TV+ group.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure cohesive approach and maximization of ROI.
• Work with partner agencies globally to brief and determine digital campaign strategies.
• Work closely with analytics team to define and generate brand reports.

Educated to degree level, or equivalent experience.
· A PG/MBA qualification.
Knowledge/Skills
• In depth knowledge of digital marketing industry
• Hands on experience in digital channels : PPC, SEO, Affiliate, SMM & Display.
• A natural leader and inspiring manager.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Fluent and influential in verbal and written communication
• The ability to work as an independent decision maker, along with the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Solutions focused
• Commercially and financially astute
• Proven problem solving capability
• Ability to influence at senior level within an organization.
• Willingness to utilise your hands on experience and support your team as and where required in delivery execution across channels.
Experience
• At least 8-12 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Substantial experience in managing digital marketing teams.
• Experience in building teams from ground up: hiring, training and managing.
• Experienced in mentoring people with a focus on team wellbeing and professional development
• Background in managing large Budget
• scale digital marketing programs with global scale.
• Experience of working in a fast-moving business
• Experience of managing change and implementing new initiatives
• Substantial experience of working in a management role
• Knowledge and interest about technology, marketing and communications.
• Extensive online marketing experience
• Excellent sales and negotiation track record.
• Worked in an agency or high growth e-commerce setup (preferred).
• Working in an agency/network/client side
• Working in the public or private education sector
• Managing a team directly or remotely
