Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors deliver personalized advice to clients, and our team empowers them with best-in-class digital tools. This role supports the assessment, enablement, and maintenance of platforms including advisor websites, social media, advertising, and more. Reporting to the Executive Director of Advisor Digital Strategy, the Associate will play a critical role in enhancing advisor engagement and platform effectiveness.

Role Overview

The primary focus will be on FA websites, with additional responsibilities across social media, advertising, and other marketing technology platforms. This role will assist in day-to-day operations, platform enhancements, and cross-functional coordination to drive advisor engagement and platform effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing FA website platforms, including updates, troubleshooting, and user support.
Support social media enablement through proactive platform troubleshooting, testing and continuous enhancement efforts.
Aid in the execution of advertising campaigns via our self-service platform, including setup, testing, and advisor support.
Help coordinate testing and implementation of platform enhancements, ensuring usability, quality assurance, and minimal disruption.
Provide reporting metrics across platforms to help identify areas for improvement and inform strategic prioritization.
Collaborate with internal teams—technology, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, analytics—to ensure platform alignment and effectiveness.
Help identify opportunities to evolve platforms in line with FA needs and firm priorities.
Work with Field Marketing to support engagement and adoption efforts – user experience improvement, enablement materials, and communications - that promote awareness and usage of these platforms.
Support platform governance activities, including review of workflows and compliance oversight.
Coordinate with vendors and internal tech partners to support platform roadmaps and cross-functional initiatives.
Stay informed on advisor trends, digital marketing tools, and self-service technologies to suggest enhancements and new features.
Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital platforms, product support, or program coordination.
Experience supporting digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Yext, Seismic) is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to support complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
Solid understanding of websites, social media, digital content, and advisor/client communications.
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Collaborative, self-motivated, results-oriented, and creative.
Experience in financial services or advisor marketing is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, product management, or a related field required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
