Meaden Master Jewellers is redefining luxury fine jewellery as a high-end bespoke manufacturing company, recognised as the jeweller's jeweller. Following our recent rebranding and shifting focus from trade to retail, we seek a creative digital expert to join our new luxury showroom and workshop. This role will include maintaining our retail e-commerce site, creating engaging social media content, and optimising our Google Ads and SEO strategies. At Meaden, we are dedicated to enhancing the retail aspect of our business while delivering exceptional craftsmanship and service to our private clients.
Responsibilities:
Developing, executing and reporting on social media strategies and campaigns
Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms
Managing and growing social media accounts and communities
Following the latest social media trends and best practices
Managing and updating our Shopify website and creating landing pages for campaigns and ads
Engaging with clients to design and create bespoke jewellery pieces
Collaborating with clients to design and create bespoke jewellery pieces
Applicants will have the following:
At least 2 years of experience in social media management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
Experience with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
In-depth understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
Knowledge of Shopify and SEO principles
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Bridge, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, or similar)
A positive, can-do attitude with high attention to detail and exceptional organisational and time management skills
Confidence in in-store sales and customer interactions
Proficiency in photography/videography, including photoshoots and creative concept development
Ability to write brand copy with a strong and consistent voice
You’ll need a positive, can-do attitude, high attention to detail and exceptional organisational and time management skills.
