SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for:

Executing and working with the technical and marketing team members to coordinate digital marketing tactics including SEO, Email Marketing, Digital Marketing and Paid Advertising.
Managing the detailed steps of getting a marketing campaign from idea stage to launch including either performing the step or ensuring another has done so.
Developing the technical specifications for the technical implementation of digital marketing tactics created by the strategic team members.
Creating and publishing KPI, attribution, and funnel reports

Duties/Responsibilities:

Execute and support the marketing and technical team with all web marketing, SEO/SEM/SMO, marketing database enhancement, email, social media and display advertising tasks.
Create Insertion orders and user stories for Tech Development
Support the implementation and execution of nurture campaigns in across various technical platforms such as Ortto email marketing tool.
Monitor and measure digital marketing efforts using marketing tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, DataStudio, Google Search Console / Webmaster, AdWords, and latest tools in the market.
Realizing the marketing team’s broader strategy through platform execution from concept to delivery.
Ability to understand and connect campaign results and data to larger business goals.
Provide concise, timely & accurate reporting and tracking.
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Skills and Abilities:

Have great problem-solving skills and an ability to apply structure to a loosely defined problem.
Significant experience working with both marketing strategy and technical implementation team members in digital marketing
Innovative problem solvers, analytically minded, organized, with good attention to detail and are able to manage multiple tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present written material in a clear, organized and detailed manner to U.S. team.
Technology savvy and willing to learn
Proactive, self-motivated and inquisitive with a desire to learn and grow in the role
Education, Experience and Skills Required:

3-5 Years minimum experience in Digital Marketing
Experience executing paid social media, email, SMS, Display and other digital campaigns
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
Must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Strong attention to detail
Full understanding of all social media platforms
Problem solving skills.
· Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with U.S. team.

Knowledge of content management systems
Ready to work in Night Shift (U.S. Shift Timing).

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
